Therapy that honors identity, heritage and healing

Kasama means "together" and I believe healing happens in connection - with yourself, others and your community. Together, we'll do the work to reclaim your story, honor your roots and support your growth. If you’re considering therapy or just want to see if we’re a good fit, I’d love to connect and learn more about you.

About Me

Hello! I'm Rochelle, owner of Kasama Bloom. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have over 15 years of experience providing mental health services in diverse populations including academic, community and medical settings.

As the only second-generation Filipino American in my immediate family, I understand the weight of intergenerational expectations, cultural silence around mental health, and the resilience it takes to navigate identity and belonging.

I'm also a wife, mama to 3 children, and a photographer. Yes, I have many hats, just like many of you. As I hold space for others, my family keeps me grounded and supported. They remind me to pause, receive and be present. I’m a lover of God, plants, and getting lost in a good book—fueled by iced coffee, saved by dry shampoo, entertained by movies, wheezy laugh attacks and good food.

I do accept most commercial insurances. My private pay rate is $175 for individual sessions and $200 for couples.
